    Wooden round rattles

    Dear customer, 

    For safety reasons, Trixie is recalling the old version of the wooden round rattles.

    To check whether you have an old version of this rattle, please contact the point of sale where you purchased this rattle, or contact us at recall@trixie-baby.com.

    The updated model has been updated with an additional security stick in the rattle and prevents beads from coming loose during intensive play.

    All rattle from productions before this upgrade should be destroyed and replaced with the new production with security stick. If you still have old models in your possession, you can exchange them with the upgraded model free of charge.

    Safety is a top priority for Trixie. Therefore we ask all of our customers to stop using the animal pacifier clip specified below. Please fill in the recall form via the link below & follow instructions to destroy these animal pacifier clips and their packaging.
    Reason for the recall
    The reason for the recall of the animal pacifier clip is that during the testing the fabric stretched & for this reason becomes too long. We simply do not want to take any risks. We want to be able to guarantee perfect quality. Therefore we are recalling the animal pacifier clips immediately.
