The world of Trixie consists of a broad range of products. As we aim to develop in a sustainable manner, we choose to launch new collections in a yearly cycle instead of every season. Seasonal production encourages a consumption culture that we prefer not to stimulate. We consciously choose a contemporary design, which results in long-lasting, timeless collections and products, that fits today's parents and children’s needs with materials that can easily stand the test of time.

Our sustainable approach towards this product range also comprises good product management. This means we have a smart purchase policy with accurate estimations so that our order closely matches market demand. This way production can be optimized. Resources are well managed, production lines are efficiently arranged and shipments contain just the right amount of products.

When expanding our product range, we first critically analyse whether the product will actually fulfil a set of requirements and functions. Once we are convinced the product will contribute to young family's lives, development is continued with a clear focus on timeless design and durability in materials and packaging. Every day our great team works together to build a world of imagination. The sustainable approach and care for people and planet is also implemented in the workplace. The team is known as the Trixie CROWD, an acronym that beautifully summarizes what we find important when working together. Our CROWD stands for Creativity, Respect, Open-Minded, Work/Life balance and Drive & Ambition.
Creativity takes up an important place. When it comes to designing or problem solving, we tend to approach situations with a creative mindset. As this is an important value we want to carry out to children and their parents. A creative mindset is inherent to our workplace and team as well.
Respect is crucial. Towards each other, towards the planet and everyone we work with. A respectful attitude is of utmost importance to our team. We keep an open mind and value a good work-life balance, which results in a positive vibe in the team and a lot of fun both in en out of the workplace.
Last but not least, the Trixie team has the drive and ambition to make a change. The ambition within every one of us to fill our universe with imagination is contagious and uplifting.
