Are Trixie sippy cups and bottles dishwasher safe?
Yes. Both the silicone sippy cups and Tritan™ bottles from Trixie Baby are dishwasher safe. The silicone cups are also microwave, freezer and oven safe. For both materials, it is best to disassemble the cup before washing so hot water reaches all surfaces. Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling — trapped moisture is the most common cause of mould in baby cups.
What are sippy cups made of?
Trixie Baby offers sippy cups in two materials: 100% food-grade silicone and Tritan™. The silicone cups are soft, flexible and gentle on sensitive gums, while the Tritan™ cups are crystal-clear, lightweight and exceptionally impact-resistant. Both materials are free from BPA and both comply with relevant European safety standards for infant feeding utensils.
